Privacy
How inquiry details, mailing-list choices, payments, and site data are handled.

What this form collects
The consultation form collects the name, work email, organization, message, and optional timeframe you choose to provide. It is intended for an initial, non-confidential inquiry.
How it is used
Submitted details are used only to review your inquiry and respond. They are not sold or used for advertising.
Providers
Message delivery is handled by a contact provider configured for the site. The specific subprocessor and its retention terms are recorded before launch.
Retention and security
Inquiry details are retained only as long as needed to respond and maintain records of the correspondence, then deleted. Message bodies, emails, and tokens are not logged in production.
The mailing list
The mailing list is separate from the consultation form above. Joining it requires double opt-in: you submit your email, then confirm it from a link sent to that address before you are added. The list is used to send updates about the book and Tony's writing, nothing else. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you immediately.
Payments
Payments for direct book orders are processed by Stripe. Card numbers and other payment details are entered directly into Stripe's own checkout and are never seen or stored by Practical Portfolio Management.
Analytics and cookies
Analytics are off unless explicitly configured and permitted. No non-essential cookies are set by default.
Your rights and contact
To ask what has been retained or to request deletion, contact Tony at the address in the footer.
